This is one of R's favorite things to eat when we do an Asian dinner. In fact, he requested kimbap, inari, and japchae for his first-day-of-college dinner. Okay, he wasn't going anywhere as he started college remotely because of the COVID pandemic. But we still celebrated every milestone!
It's always an easy addition to round out a dinner when I'm already making kimbap because it starts with the same seasoned rice that is in this recipe post.
There is no real recipe for this inarizushi which just means 'stuffed sushi.' Just make my hybrid seasoned rice and stuff it into canned tofu skins!
