Wendy of A Day in the Life on the Farm is hosting the Sunday Funday group this week and wrote: "Today is National Rotisserie Chicken Day. Rotisserie Chicken is a cook's best friend on busy days. Share your recipe for making your own Rotisserie Chicken or a recipe using store-bought Rotisserie Chicken."

Stacy of Food Lust People Love, Sue of Palatable Pastime, Rebekah of Making Miracles, and Wendy of A Day in the Life on the Farm coordinate this low-stress group; we only participate when we are inspired. I already mentioned that Wendy is hosting this week. Here's our line-up...

Easy Chicken Salad
This comes together quickly with the use of a store-bought rotisserie chicken and bottled salad dressing.

Ingredients
2 cups rotisserie chicken, pulled and shredded
2 Tablespoons chopped carrots
2 Tablespoons chopped celery
2 to 3 Tablespoons salad dressing (I used a vegan Caesar dressing)
1 Tablespoon chopped herbs (I used cilantro)
Also needed: crackers for serving
Procedure

Place all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Start with 1 Tablespoon of dressing, then add more if needed. Stir to coat completely.

Serve with crackers.
That's a wrap on my rotisserie chicken offering for the #SundayFunday event. The group will be back next week, sharing recipes with beans. Stay tuned!
Blued hands are set link against a white Arita porcelain dial in the latest addition to the Presage family, the SPB171. Only 2,000 examples link of the Arita Porcelain Dial limited edition will be available. The watch uses Seiko's 6R27 caliber, also used in the recently introduced "Riki" watches in the link Presage line.
So here was the incentive. If you bought System 7.5, you would get – at no extra cost – your choice of either a piece of link software called link Conflict Catcher 3 link (meant to help alleviate issues with third party applications running on the Macintosh), or … an Apple Watch – but not the one you're thinking of.
Now I have the hungries right before bedtime LOL...thanks for joining in Cam.
