I shared this recipe for my December demonstration and tasting at local-to-me The Quail & Olive in Carmel Valley Village. It's perfect for holiday gatherings - or any event - because you can make it ahead of time, you can customize the flavors you want to use, and you can serve it with everything from crackers to crudités.
LEARN THIS PROCESS! This recipe includes a process for a whipped cheese dip. You can substitute any seasonings and co-milled, or flavored, olive oil. BE CREATIVE...COOK FEARLESSLY!

4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon Lemon olive oil plus more for drizzling
½ teaspoon salt
Zest from 1 organic lemon
1 teaspoon Calabrian oregano or Italian seasoning plus more for sprinkling
