A Pumpkin Party at Earthbound Farm Stand

I have been a fan of Earthbound Farm for more than three decades. And in recent years, I have been fortunate to be part of the EBF family, taking part in events at the Farm Stand in Carmel Valley and featuring all of the fresh, seasonal organic ingredients they grow on their family of farms. Last week I was invited to work a private event that showcased some Winter Squash from the pumpkin patch.

I prepped, cooked, and served three different courses to the guests in the pavilion at the Farm Stand. It's one of my favorite venues.
